1. Terms of use

FILOSAFE.GR reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of transactions of the e-shop, whenever it is deemed necessary and undertakes the obligation to inform users through the web pages of this e-shop.

2. Intellectual property

All content of the FILOSAFE.GR e-shop and everything included in its web pages such as logos, images, pictures, photographs, graphics, texts etc. are the intellectual property of FILOSAFE.GR and are protected by the relevant provisions defined by Greek and European legislation. Any copying, reproduction and republication of its contents in any way and in any medium without prior written permission of the owner is prohibited by law.

3. Personal Data

During the ordering process at FILOSAFE.GR you will be asked to provide your personal information (name, surname, address, telephone number, etc.). Your personal data are kept exclusively for the execution of your orders and for communicating with you and no one else has access to them except our authorized employees. The connection and the transfer of data to and from FILOSAFE.GR.gr is done via HTTPS protocol (you can recognize it by the green lock in the address bar of your browser) and is secure. All your personal information is fully secured and under no circumstances will it be disclosed or published in any way and for any reason except where required by law to the competent authorities only. FILOSAFE.GR is committed to protecting all personal information obtained from you during your visits to this website and complies with all applicable national data protection legislation currently in force.

4. Limitation of liability

Our aim is to inform the customer about all products with technical data, descriptions, product images. However, cases of errors in prices and product characteristics cannot be excluded when entering data due to human errors. The online store FILOSAFE.GR no guarantee can provide for the availability of products, but undertakes to inform customers in a timely manner about the unavailability of products.

5. Links

Within the FILOSAFE.GR web pages there may be links that refer to other websites either for your further information about products and companies or for advertising purposes. FILOSAFE.GR has no responsibility for the content of these websites, the exclusive responsibility is with their owners and those who manage them.

6. Product prices

All prices of our products include VAT and FILOSAFE.GR has every right to adjust prices. For certain areas of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice then the prices of the products will be lower than those indicated by the reduced VAT. The price difference due to VAT will not be shown during the process or completion of your order.

7. Purchases – Orders

The ways of purchase from our online store are made through our online store, by filling in the form with your details. When you make your purchases online you have the option of sending your order by courier. As a payment method you have 4 options, cash on delivery (only valid for courier shipments), credit card, Paypal and bank deposit (for information, see the page describing the payment methods). FILOSAFE.GR reserves the right to refuse delivery or the execution of an order by a Customer who has not paid all or part of the payment of a previous order or with whom there is a risk of fraud. Any rejection of bank card, any refusal of payment, or refusal of payment on delivery, any abusive action with Paypal may lead to a validation procedure by FILOSAFE.GR. FILOSAFE.GR controls all orders placed on its site. This control is intended to protect FILOSAFE.GR from abusive practices : identity theft, payment fraud. The FILOSAFE.GR services may ask the Customer to provide all the necessary supporting documents for the release of the order : photocopy of the identity card or passport, electricity bill, etc… If these data are not sent within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. Any submission of incorrect documents will also result in the cancellation of the order.

8. Withdrawal and Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you inform us. Up to a change-return at the customer’s request is free of charge. Any return due to a defective product or shipping error is free of charge. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unopened or unopened or the packaging has not been tampered with, together with the documents, retail receipt or invoice. In the event of a return, your refund will be completed within seven working days from the date we receive the goods.

9. Cancellations

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases: a) Before the shipment of the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@filosafe.gr or by calling 210-9237867 08:00-14:00, Monday to Friday b) After receipt of the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.

10. Warranties – Defective Products

The warranties of the products are those of the official representations of Greece and their service is carried out at the central service of the companies or at authorized service centers throughout Greece. The period for which the warranty is valid from the date of purchase is indicated in the product details. Necessary conditions for the approval of the warranty claim are the proof – date of purchase, correct use of the product, compliance with the instructions for use, maintenance and cleaning of the product. The warranty of a product covers the cost of spare parts (as indicated in the instructions for use of the product) and labour and in no case the cost of shipping.

Prices are valid only for the online store and not necessarily for the physical store.
